In this timeframe, we achieved growth rates above the industry and national averages almost every year and resumed our growth in a consistent manner.
As we increased our annual passenger numbers, our fleet and our flight network, we maintained safe and secure operations. We always prioritized operational efficiency and cost discipline.
We are among the leading carriers across the industry in terms of operational profitability (EBITDA margin) and unit cost (CASK, non-fuel) performance indicators in 2019 and consistently in the post-Covid-19 period beginning in 2022.
Besides strong economic performance indicators, we also lead our industry and our operating geography in terms of environmental metrics such as emission intensity, social metrics such as gender balance across different seniority levels and work groups, and governance metrics such as the BIST Corporate Governance Index rating.
