Corporate Governance Rating

Following the initial public offering of our shares in April 2013, we achieved full compliance with the mandatory Corporate Governance Principles published by the Turkish Capital Markets Board and substantially complied with the non-mandatory Corporate Governance Principles. We are the only member of the BIST Corporate Governance Index to have obtained a qualified corporate governance compliance rating within the same year of its initial public offering and we constantly improved our corporate governance compliance rating over the years. Over the years we consistently increased our rating and ended 2025 as the Company with the highest rating on the BIST Corporate Governance Index. Our current BIST Corporate Governance Index Compliance Rating is 98.4%.
