Based to the profit distribution chart annexed to the Board of Directors resolution dated March 31, 2026, the Company has no distributable profit for the year 2025.
The absence of distributable profit for the year 2025 was determined by the majority of the attending shareholders at the Annual General Assembly Meeting dated March 31, 2026.
